The Law Centre has submitted a paper on Plugging Gaps in Welfare Support for Migrant Workers to the Department for Employment and Learning best practice working group on migrant workers.  The paper was written a few days before 20 Romanian families were forced out of their homes.

The working group has agreed that the paper will be tabled at a meeting between DEL and DSD in early July, with some additions including numbers affected and costings.  Law Centre (NI) is liaising with Council for the Homeless to compile the information.
