This one-day intensive training course offers practical solutions to the everyday challenges of intercultural interaction. Highly experiential workshops focus on the skills and insights you need to communicate effectively in English with non-native-speakers, whether by phone, face-to-face, in writing or through an interpreter.

Cultural diversity can lead to different expectations, attitudes, body language and communication styles - sometimes causing confusion or Culture Clash. The course examines the root causes of pitfalls in crosscultural communication and suggests practical, effective responses.
