Revenuebenefits.org.uk is a new site launched by the Low Incomes Tax reform Group and rightsnet, created with support from HMRC.

It aims to provide advisers with access to the latest information on the range of HMRC ‘products’, including tax credits, child benefit and guardian’s allowance, child trust fund and more.

The site also has useful Commissioner/upper tribunal decisions on tax credits and also a copy of the new updated COP 26 on recovery of overpayments.
