Encyclopedia of Rights summarises Northern Ireland law on benefits, tax credits, community care and employment and includes benefit rates and examples of calculations. There is also a section on immigration and marriage/civil partnership/cohabitation. It is available free to our members as a CD-ROM, and can be read online. Access Encyclopedia of Rights here. A quarterly magazine, Frontline provides news, features and in depth analysis on current issues in NI social welfare law and policy. With case studies and updates in key areas for those involved in advising on and administering social welfare law in Northern Ireland. Frontline is free to members of Law Centre (NI). It retails at £1.95. Read articles and features from current and past issues of Frontline here. The Annual Report is published in a magazine format. It is a useful guide to all of the activities of Law Centre (NI), with an overview of the performance and statistics of our work for the previous year. These briefings can be found in the tax credits section of our website. Other publications are produced throughout the year, addressing issues of key importance to our members, in the areas of: immigration, migrant workers, employment, community care, social security and human rights and mental health. Human trafficking The Law Centre has produced a new booklet for people who have been trafficked. The practice has now been discontinued, and immigration detainees are now routinely sent to detention centres in England and Scotland (see Forced to flee below). The report remains an important document in understanding the specific history of Northern Ireland's treatment of asylum seekers.
