Tribunal Representation in Northern Ireland is a skilled and complicated duty and can be difficult for even the most experienced advisors. This one day session helps experienced advisors who wish to develop their knowledge of PIP tribunals increase their skills while learning from LCNI Staff who regularly deal with PIP appeals. This introductory / intermediate course covers areas like appeal writing, evidence & using case law to increase chances of success.
