Introduction to Universal Credit - awareness session, free to all Law Centre members

There have been many changes to the benefits system in the last few years, with more on the way. The next twelve months will herald massive changes, including the gradual introduction of Universal Credit in Northern Ireland. This course will cover what UC is, who can claim it, how it is calculated and paid and the conditionality and associated sanctions of UC. This course would be relevant to new or experienced advice workers.
