About our service

As part of our Employment Rights Project we provide a specialist employment advice line and a representation service for workers and employees.

We provide advice on a range of areas of employment law including:

  • Discrimination
  • Employee rights
  • Employment status
  • Redundancy
  • Transfer of employment (Transfer of Undertakings/Service Provision Change)
  • Tribunal proceedings and procedure
  • Unauthorised deductions of wages
  • Unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal
  • Variation and breach of contract
  • Working time
  • Workplace disciplinary and grievance procedures

We offer assistance in resolving employment law issues, and can provide representation at the employment tribunal (subject to resource) in accordance with our strategic priorities in employment rights which include:

  • Forced labour and exploitation

  • Transfer of Undertakings/Service Provision Change
