Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council video project

Law Centre NI is currently working with Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon (ABC) Borough Council to prepare some information resources for migrants. This includes a number of short videos that contain information about migrants’ entitlements to public services. The videos will be available on the ABC Council website along with additional information and contact details.

We are looking for bilingual colleagues who either work or volunteer in the advice sector or migrant support sector in the ABC area who would like to be involved.  You would be filmed reading a script in your own language.  You may be asked to read 1-3 scripts.  The films are being made by a professional videographer and the scripts have been translated by Diversity NI. Each film will take approximately 20 – 30 minutes to record.

You would need to be available on Friday 22 and/or Friday 29 April. There is some flexibility with timings.

This is an opportunity to showcase your organisation’s work in advising and supporting migrant communities.

You will be invited to name your organisation and your own role within your organisation (if you wish) in the film. Your organisation’s name and contact details will also be included in the film and/or on the website. As a little thank you, we can offer £25 per video.

If you speak one of the following languages and are available on those dates, please get in touch:
