Law Centre NI announces draft agenda for 2019 social security conference

The draft agenda for the Law Centre NI’s annual social security law and practice conference has now been announced.

This year’s conference, being held on 24th October 2019, will be titled ‘The Future of Social Security’. It boasts an impressive line-up of guest speakers, including Baroness Ruth Lister, Professor Eileen Evason and academics leading in the field of social security.

Law Centre NI is also pleased to announce the full list of interactive practitioner workshops throughout the day, aimed at providing valuable information on key trends and developments within social security law, policy and practice.

The conference is then set to wrap up with a look at the way forward for social security, with a panel discussion of Northern Ireland political representatives.
