Law Centre NI ‘Guide to Managed Migration’ now available

Our new Guide to Managed Migration is now online and will help claimants and advisers in Northern Ireland to better understand the issues raised by Managed Migration.

The Guide – for Tax Credit claimants – is split into chapters to provide quick and easy access to essential information about the entire Managed Migration process including types of migration, deadlines, ‘transitional protection’ and support services available.

Additionally, throughout the Guide you will find helpful hints and tips in the form of ‘Adviser Notes’ which highlight key considerations for advisers.
