New FAQ on shielding and returning to work published

Law Centre NI has today published a new FAQs document on Shielding and Returning to Work.

The document seeks to help employees and workers who are currently shielding to understand their rights and obligations once the shielding programme is paused at the end of July.

As well as answering some frequently asked questions, the publication provides a number of fictional scenarios, alongside the advice we would give in each instance. It is hoped that this will help workers and employees affected by the shielding pause to understand what this means for them and for their work.

This document, like all Law Centre FAQs, will be kept under constant review and updated to reflect any developments in law or policy.
