“This is a wonderful acknowledgment of the tireless work of the whole team and of the vital role of law centres in ensuring access to justice for everyone. For over forty years, Law Centre NI has stood for a more equal and just society, using the law as tool for social change. Getting through to the finals of the LALY Awards is a recognition of the difference that the Law Centre has made to people right across NI over many years.”

Professor Grainne McKeever who nominated the Law Centre added:

“I am delighted to see the work of this amazing team getting the recognition it deserves. The impact of this small law centre in achieving real change is now in the spotlight and I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the team on the night.”
