Law Centre NI’s next Social Security Adviser Network Meeting will take place on 14 January from 11am-1pm and will focus on “Competent State” issues, the Fratila decision, the NI position in light of the ongoing case in CG; and normal peer-to-peer discussion of benefit issues.
