Our policy team advocates for the rights of the most vulnerable in our society.

We work to influence law, policy and practice to change lives across Northern Ireland.

Working in partnership with the voluntary sector, we engage with government departments, respond to governmental and non-governmental consultation requests, brief Northern Ireland Assembly members and provide evidence to Northern Ireland Assembly committees.

Our policy work involves a diverse range of issues that affect people throughout Northern Ireland.

Our social security policy work focuses on disability benefits, housing matters, migrants and benefits, Universal Credit and welfare reform.
