This practical course is ideal for advisers who understand the benefits system but are new to tribunal representation. This course provides essential skills for effective representation. It offers clear guidance and structured support to help you navigate the appeals process with confidence.
You’ll learn how to support appellants at every stage—ensuring they understand their rights and procedures—while developing the skills to prepare persuasive, accurate submissions that clearly outline key facts, legal arguments, and evidence in line with tribunal requirements.
As part of the course, learners will take part in a mock tribunal on the final day, offering hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment.
Course Schedule
Price:
- Tuesday 11th November – 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Monday 17th November – 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Tuesday 25th November – 10:00am to 4:00pm
