Post-Brexit right to reside matters continue to be complex and problematic. This Expert Masterclass will focus on recent trends including:  

• access to benefits for those with pre-settled status. 
• changes in the process for refugees claiming benefits for the first time.  
• continued entitlement to benefits for those awaiting a decision on an application for leave.  
• how the department should determine “worker” status.
