A recent change in law means that the Home Office can more easily ‘conclude’ asylum applications by treating them as withdrawn.
The implications of an asylum withdrawal on a person’s asylum support are drastic. Their financial support will stop straightaway and they will be given 7 days’ notice to quit their accommodation.
