The summer edition of our Social Security Law and Practice Bulletin has just been published and includes news about recent cases, latest updates from our social security team, details about our work at the Ukrainian Assistance Centres and much more.

You can also read about Law Centre NI’s work to highlight the unfairness to benefit claimants of the Department’s recovery of overpayments which are caused by the Department’s own error, as well as our ongoing work campaigning for the extension of bereavement benefits to cohabiting couples with children.
