Our friend and colleague, Ronnie Vellem

With deepest sadness, we mark the untimely passing of our dear friend and colleague, Ronnie Vellem. Our sympathies today go to Ronnie’s family and all his many friends here, in Zimbabwe and further afield.

Ronnie was a tireless advocate for others.  Over his lifetime he made the world a better place.  Whether as an educator, a volunteer, an activist or in his work using the law to help people challenge unfairness, he changed the lives of all those he touched.  We are all poorer without him.

The Board and all the team at the Law Centre are honoured to have known Ronnie and to have had the privilege of working alongside him these last years.
