Course Overview

This course has been designed to support individuals to understand the process of making a claim for Universal Credit.  This course is aimed at advisors with either minimal or no experience.

What we will cover:

• Who can make a claim i.e. eligibility
• How to claim Universal Credit
• Universal Credit amounts and how these are calculated – how to maximise a client’s income
